That is spot on TD2
I think some are getting confused here between an "asset" sale (which is what this is) and a sale of your shares.
The asset sale will generate "profits" and part of these profits will be paid to shareholders by way of a dividend. The shares remain in your hands until, as TD2 says, the company is de-listed from AIM.
If we find another project in the meantime, happy days, your shares will have some potential value depending on what this new venture is.

"This feasibility study update continues to utilise conservative pricing for the sale price of spodumene concentrate when compared with current prices achieved by producers, including Pilbara Minerals Ltd (ASX: PLS) reporting an average spodumene price reference for sales in the first quarter of this year of US$2,650 per tonne of concentrate.
Our projection is less than half @ $1,060 per tonne!!! This is a real monster
May be too long ago but perhaps this is why he left
Asset isn't actually anywhere near as good as once thought because, even with what is going on at the moment, this just doesn't stack up. The lack of the TEO perhaps part of this explanation too
Old highs in the 40p's long, long gone and I personally was amazed at the deal and how bad it looks for shareholders. When the 25th comes I'll be voting no and whatever happens happens I am afraid

Here is a little gem from two days ago from "donotpanic"
"Just remember profit is profit once banked it becomes profit same loss is only when sell in loss.. few here moan about me jumping in when there is big drop. My moto is buy on drop and may drop further but buying in spike is worse… every one plays different"
Absolute gold
Just be careful of rampers aswell as these rancid derampers - donotpanic's advice above on another board is the sort of nonsense you are dealing with
