From today's RNS "Alongside this it continues to pursue value accretive acquisitions, to generate significant shareholder returns." Looking through the relinquishment report's these are my guesses to what they may be pursuing in the latest round. Wherry, Vulcan NNW and Thoresby / Thoresby East https://itportal.ogauthority.co.uk/web_files/relinqs/p007.pdf https://itportal.ogauthority.co.uk/web_files/relinqs/p130.pdf https://itportal.ogauthority.co.uk/web_files/relinqs/P1695_P898.pdf
Appreciate the replies thanks, always a concern when "expected outcomes by x date" are missed, was trying to think of any possible scenario however, unlikely. Just wait and see I guess a couple of days is neither here nor there in the scheme of things. Am a little concerned that the latest corporate finnCap target is somewhat at odds to VSA report of 23rd March. (this is just an observation I am sure most are already aware of this and I remain fully invested) any views on that please.
So why has there been no news yet, even though deadline has passed? either; 1. At the last minute Perenco etc have decided to keep the pipeline. 2. OGA are blocking the deal. 3. IOG have changed their minds. 4.Some other party wants it. 5. News is imminent so they don't want to announce yet another extension. 1,2 and 3 seem extremely unlikely, 4 anyone any idea's who else might be interested, could they bid for it at this late stage, and would OGA even allow it? Has there been a large amount of selling to suggest some are in the know that deal is not going ahead or should we assume news will be any day soon? Meanwhile the Fugro continues to survey.
Pipeline acquisition has not completed yet. Third paragraph under Balance Sheet relates to pipeline and states "The SPA had not yet completed at the date of this report."
Sorry scrub my last comment "Any additional potential value going forward would no doubt help with ongoing funding negotiations" unless it's proven resource doubt it will will not make any difference, am getting a bit impatient.!
Hi Longside thanks for reply. Any additional potential value going forward would no doubt help with ongoing funding negotiations, waiting on so much news in next few months! Hoping the pipeline deal is finally squared away by month end.
Sorry forgot link. https://itportal.ogauthority.co.uk/web_files/relinqs/p007.pdf
Afternoon gents, following on from a "guess" that Wherry may be a one of the new area's IOG have applied for, (based on previous application for it). Have found document by previous operator Bridge Resources, detailing previous drills and geology. Reserves Summary:states If improved porosity and permeability can be established, Bridge estimates 20 BCF may be recovered from each of the two proven structures. Would appreciate any comments / views.
Redmac IOG may have applied for Wherry A North and South fields. They previously applied for this acreage in the 27th Licensing Round in May 2012, their application received more points than any other applicant. The license wasn't awarded due to environmental concerns, presumably regarding routing of pipeline due to the "North Norfolk Sandbank Psac" to the east, this should no longer be an issue as it could now be tied into Harvey. Info from their admission to AIM document page 24. http://www.independentoilandgas.com/downloads/Independent%20Oil%20&%20Gas%20AIM%20Admission.pdf
Whilst it's quiet can I ask if anyone rates subscribing to either scsw or stockpedia ?
OK thanks will take a look at v ox and money AM Had not been keeping up with posts so was speed reading them from way back some very knowledgeable contributors on here on all aspects, thanks to all.
I remember someway back someone had mention HL is slow with RNS notifications. I use www.investegate.co.uk you can enter epic and all RNS,s for that company come up or set up a free account and set up a watch list. Notifications usually take about 10 mins or so to arrive, don't know if that is an improvement?
Can buy in smaller tranches just got small top up of 10,000 at 16.10 (showing as sell)
Leaving port already.
According to Marine Traffic the MV Fugro Galaxy is already at Immigham Port on the Humber.
As far as I can see as it makes no difference to BHGE what price they sell at some below 19p some above as news flow progresses, surely, if they are already drip feeding them into the market this will be better for the stability of any future share price increase rather than them selling on news in larger lump sums? In my mind it doesn't say anything about loyalty to IOG. If that is happening the price is holding up pretty well. I bought some more today by the way. I guess we will find out middle of Feb if they have been doing this.
Flabby do us all a favour and move on, or check your facts. RNS 16/12/16 The previous P50 probabilistic gas resource of Harvey was 16BCF the internal estimate was increased to 113BCF following the completion of detailed interpretation and remapping of the 3D seismic reprocessing project by Beagle Geoscience. The INTERNAL INCREASE IN RESOURCE has now been independantly confirmed. What is hard to understand about that?

Not posted on here before but held these for a while and waiting with baited breath for tomm. Having looked at the trading prior to previous results / updates. I was hoping that the price would drop today as previously when it has risen quite dramatically the day before the results have always been dire.
