so mr possitive what the company worth based on just this ? even if you use your valuation model ? If eur sold JUST what had been jorc alone AND USED YOUR NUMBERS WHAT IS THE VALUE OF THIS TINY BIT what would be the estimated sale price based on your numbers and npv ???

well lets be honest rodger ! Nothing would make you happy! some things are beyond the remit of mortal man :) As for the release of the partial jorc ??? Im obvioulsy in the inner circle but here are a few facts ...... Wardell is snowed under and has taken on many new staff ! The work being undertaken is vast ! The bod have shown a strong inclination to protect the sp @ caertain levels ! and then there are unkowns like did the bod tell wardell to comparmentalise to facilitate a news flow ?? Is the area in question the first piece being sold ?? Has the buyer who completed due dil requested the deal be expidited ??
Take ya pick as to why but seriously dont expect the answer to make you happy, only being miserable seems to do that perversly :)

even im pretty sure thats incorrect mr y fronts ! I was under the impression that the 1.7 bil figure was the value for the area @ an 8% valuation ie the aprox "sale price" not the gross profit ! Always happy to learn more so is my assumption correct or not ??

well thats radio rental ! :) so 8% or one twelth of those shaded areas has a value of 1.7 billion ? Absolute back of napkin but it would suggest that the whole area HAS TO BE WORTH @ 8% APROX 100 TIMES AS MUCH AS $170 BILLION and im pretty sure thats a very very very and an extras very conservative guestimate, would that be fair ? AND 170 X 12 GIVES TOTAL VALUE IN GROUND AT JEFF BAZOS BANK ACCOUNT BALANCE NUMBERS :) TY FOR THE REPLY BTW

... tough i missed it lol. The jorc yesterday !!! to what degree did it show HOW conservative previous estimates were ? Preferably as a % if anyone knows id be grateful. Also if that % was extrapolated into the awaited pgms jorc for instance what would that equate too ? Ballpark figures in the billions will do :)

im replying to myself a lot here lol but look at the reported sells !!! Totally desperate mm's. I calculate there is over a million in the last hour buys showing as sells ! ( guestimate ) ive added over 700k personally. posibly more like 1.5 2 mill shares listed wrong so a possible swing of between 2 and 4 million ratio discrepency. One large kipper and this is popping :)
