Well agree to disagree i guess the 30 you speak of wasnt a pull back for the deal it was a pull back after the rainbow chase following thr nyud update ! that pull back too us to a smidged over 20p and then looks like news of the deal leaked and we rose to 26.5 ish 1 Like i said depends how you look at it but had news of the ii deal not leaked we may well have re entered the teens :) gla

The sp was low 20,s when negotiation began so either the ii was told we will allow this fund raise once the sp hits 26.5 as the trigger sp get there however you choose OR the deal was done at a premium to the sp of aprox what 20% and news leaked and the sp rose accordingly ???? Dunno which but " they were keen " is an understatement :)

When persuading them to invest @ 26.5 WHEN at the time negotiations began we were well bellow that sp ?? I’m no venture capitalist but I would need to know that I would get at least a five bagger going forward or I would have simply took my chances in the open market !!
