As to what i have no idea, or when for that matter lol but they are willing to buy all i offer but wont sell me even 2k worth !! could be my broker could be something and nothing, could be filling a buy order as cheaply as possible with a walk down BUT could be grapevine,could be leak could be a pre rns walk-down. I, as an eternal optimist prefer to think whispers are that news is due and its very very good! As always wtfdik dyor ...yada yada yada but i got a feeling im gonna regret deciding to trade a % of mine while i waited for news but we will see. gla

My prediction is 265 if there is any news,leak,suspected leak,or some such. WIthout something to gap up 5/10% above the 200 offer price this will bumble along between 190 and 198! mmm seems ive found a fence to sit on, hardly a prediction but its my view anyway.

Either by news ,leak or sentiment in my view! there are still nervous investors holding 200.00 share and possibly a few holding more than they would like to for whatever reason after the offer.This means that until we see the back of 200 the MM's are in control but once there is a little clear blue water between the offer price and the sp i believe this will gap up fast. Most here know that good news is coming but a little gap up will calm the nervous and restrict supply significantly and as a result the price will rise fast. All imho obviously. bol

which to be expected profit takers traders et al, will breach again in my view with 8.4 a distinct possibility. gla holders and long traders, stop being greedy to all shorters :) and if you are greedy may you get you just deserts.

which is why i viewed the comment as a childlike attempt at subtle de ramping lmao, mayhaps i was wrong but to be honest as a psych major i not usually far off the mark :) It funny how we think we are very good at hiding motivation when often we are very transparent. Take me for instance i am blatantly trying to counterbalance others attempts to de ramp.Not ramping just trying to provide balance, did you spot that ?? :)

Once this mess sorted out ! look at the historical eps and divi payments and in my view the cash cow that was the sub prime door to door arm of pfg will recover and start paying substantial dividends again, on top of a significant sp increase once Christmas lending numbers come out ! all in mho obviously.

The way i see it now is that the smart shorters who didnt get greedy and bought their shares back in the low 7's well some of them anyway have sold again for a second bite of the cherry, BUT the greedy ones who didn't buy back are seeing every small drop as an opportunity to buy back and cut their losses. So in effect they are in fighting lol, add to that the support and the over reaction and i expect another leg up to over 8 quid sometime soon. No charts just pattern recognition and logic. gla

i think his graph has gone so low he lost it off the bottom of his screen :) it should be re appearing about now on the leg up to 8 quid in an hour or so !! bol

Ya see the shorters who got greedy have just lost 50 p a share ! will they keep watching their ill gotten gains melt away or will they also buy back ?? know what id do.

shorts happy big holders happy small investors with their 300 shares no so much :( but the cycle is becoming almost predictable unless you play the cycle that is like the gooner and others do !! gla .

If you had 50k shares on a short this morning and your looking at a 75k on screen profit what would you do ??? hang aroung in the hope of a piddling extra 10k or bank the profit buy back the shares and live to be a pain in the aris another day !!! :)
