peeps are speculating that along with the trading update expected on Monday, there will also be news on the litigation. Maybe bod are about to announce that they're throwing the towel in and litigation to end? Now that would be some news and the beginning of the re-rate imo. Gla.

Please see my post this am at 7.32. Initial drop but some recovery, in agreement with Twix. Really don't believe for 1 second anyone is getting any enjoyment out of this. We're all under water so we all need something positive to come out of this. I strongly believe it will. All the shite has been factored into the SP so onwards and upwards from here. If I wasn't so balls-deep elsewhere I would definitely buy. DYOR

I really don't want to read tomorrow is that the Bod is "disappointed" at the result and are presently weighing up their options on the way forward. This appeal process needs to stop NOW. What happens to the Bod thereafter is for another day (unless a T/O is announced tomorrow, which I'd very much doubt). Do the right thing Bod, accept the judgement and let's move on.

Agreed Hemo. This is crazy. Either there's the 321 issue to be sorted, or there's other stuff, but it feels like everything is in the mix. Bod, we need to know what's going on ffs!!!
