Hi Oiltdr, how do you see the funds being raised for the purchase of production O&G assets? I don't think there would be enough left from the previous share raise, so will it come from debt raised in the sub and / or partnering?

I took this to mean the opposite, in that cash from the sub will cover any admin costs expensed by char related to the projects. IMHO

Launch date is the 18th Dec, so not expecting any chariot news before then, as I suspect he will be busy.

The problem we have is that there seems to be a power struggle in the ministry at the moment and licenses are still not being issued. We still have those 10% back in rights though, but not sure if we will end up with any more. I was hopeful for news of new ventures before the end of this year, but time is running out fast.

The feedback from the agm was that Energean are not "flavour of the month" with onhym, having walked away from their commitments. Still, will be interesting to see if any new relationship develops.

The truth is both char and prd have failed to flow gas and have not been successful for shareholders. There are rampers and trolls on both boards, but neither influence the sp. It is not a competition and success for either company should be good for the other. I would like to believe that most shareholders make decisions based on their own research / views and not behave like sheep. The constant trash talk does not make you a better person. IMHO

Hi Surfit, I agree that the last month’s farm out pitch for Rissana seismic is probably just ticking the box for the license commitment, but interesting that it is separate from the rest of the licenses. I think Anchois is probably primed for the rescaled development, but if a farm in agreement depends upon financing from onhym (as hinted by oiltdr), then it won’t happen until next year. IMHO

Current status for onhym’s conversion into a public limited company is that a discussion is scheduled for 9/12/25 and it still needs a 2nd reading after that before becoming law. That does not stop char announcing their updated Moroccan Strategy though, as per their presentation time line for 2025.

As for Loukos, DW did mention to me at the agm that there was more interest offshore than onshore, but maybe discussions are happening in the background (we can only hope!).

Namibia licensing looks like it will be controlled by the President, rather than the ministry, so not sure how that affects us.

I’m still wondering where in Africa they are looking at near term producing assets, but hoping for news on this soon.

In the meantime, just keep watching the tumbleweed!

I think it will continue to drift lower on low volume. The ACWA announcement was just a mou. The sp driver needs something more concrete, or Anchois news IMHO. Just have to be patient, although it is frustrating!
