Projected timeline to first production is expected to be approximately 10-12 months from the start of construction and the capital cost estimate for Stage 1 is US$38.6m, which includes a contingency of U$S4.1m or 15% of total direct capital cost, with a 1.6 year payback for Stage 1 (after tax) based on an average sales price of US$1,179/t. Stage 2 expansion is expected to be funded from cashflow.

Demand will only increase for higher grade graphite as the ev market grows, think ev's will really snowball once the pandemic is mostly under control by which time we acp will be a producer. Very excited about our prospects, we are ideally placed

Our neighbour Blackrock have a lower grade graphite & estimated basket price of $1300 tonne, their capex is much higher too at $115ml compared to our $39ml.
Think once finance is secured which will be no problem with our low capex & 91 percent irr share price of 20p achievable.. Remember the payback time is just 1.6 yrs for stage one.. Anyone's guess on sp when production starts 30p+ by then.

Think there are 4 offtake partners acp are talking too.. & the license is now a formality just need rubber stamping, paperwork signed off etc, I don't think it'll take too long.

It's been around 9 months since applying for the licence, our neighbour Black rock got theirs in 9 months & we are the only outstanding graphite mining license on the list awaiting approval.. Its got to come at some point.

Forgot the rest just look at graphite on the mining cadastre -
In the graphite section of the mining portal, Acp are currently the only outstanding graphite license not approved, the other 2 are graphite prospecting only.. Just before the 11th March portal update there were a total of 6 graphite applications outstanding, 3 were then approved which showed up on the 11th March update. Last update was the 16th with no change so going by that we are due another update in March, Acp's application should hopefully be approved in the next wave of graphite application approvals.

He going by the mining portal which indicates Acp will be in the next wave of approval, we are literally the only graphite company on the mining license list. The other 2 are prospecting only.
Our licence application is ML00744/2020 Graphite advancements (mining license industrial minerals)

There are only 3 license applications outstanding, 2 prospecting & 1 mining license application which is ours.. this number was 6 less than two weeks ago & it was last updated on the 16th March. Going by that one can deduce that Acp will be next to receive recommend status.. meaning license has been approved. Its got to be very close as the portal is updated every few days.. Just a matter of keeping track of it, all the information is there.

I spoke to matt bull a few ago, he was VERY confident we'd get permit by end of the month, very good chance of it landing next week then imo. GLA
