The time scale for reposition of shares and warrants held in SVS by the administration seems to be fluid . I have seen months to a year before it is all sorted. A real mess for those locked in. However as stated in the short term it should give a boost to other shareholders with the lower number in free float.
As well many of the shares do seem to be tightly held.

Warrants do not kick in until 0.4p in old money or £2.00 now. So a long way to go

At this level every trade is pushing up the price to buy. Just seen two 5K trades go through one on AIM the other on NEX. It is now 0.769 if you want to buy.
As we approach the Q3 results and update at the beginning of October I can only see one outcome with easily £1 a share being paid before that RNS drops. Remember this would be a M/Cap of only £3.2M

What a change around from last years Interim results. Not only that the management are confident enough to put them out on the first day possible rather that the slack lack luster effort of the last team (20th september 2019)

As a holder, unlike you, I fully understand the selling of diamonds and the fantastic potential of this mine. Could I humbly suggest you stop embarrassing yourself with such pathetic posts. I for one continued to enjoy my holiday in the knowledge that the management have finally turned a corner as we motor on to new highs through ever increasing profitability.

If it was a waltz the MM's would be in complete harmony. But what do they base the movement on?
A few small trades is all we have seen.

The more I look into this partnership the more sense it makes.
They have under taken to
a) to extract ore, waste and haul to stockpile
b) where required, to break down ore to the required size
c) deliver ore to the Processing Plant
all for $3 per ton

With the new crusher working alongside the old one I can see some really exciting numbers going forward.
Today the M/Cap stands at £1.76M!!!

The overall rough diamond market has fallen around 4% over the last 4 years with a turnaround projected from 2020.
Many of the large mines are coming to the end of their life which will leave a void and a gap to fill. As the number of diamonds mined reduces the price will rise again.
However, this present slowdown has not effected the quality producers of which BlueRock is at the top of the list. Gem quality diamonds have held their value and are set to increase again over the coming years.

Pre Teichman the reported costs were

Mining cost $1.9 per ton
Plant cost $4.1 per ton
Giving a total of $6 per ton for day to day mining and running of the plant.
What part of this will be embraced in the Teichman bill I am not sure but would see quite a big chunk being offset. Not only that with greater scale the cost per ton will shrink.

Looking at the same 400,000 tons per year throughput but a more realistic 4.75ctht at the average value per ct of $375 we can extrapolate an income of almost $18 per ton.
This shows how by achieving a good grade of stone and value the bottom line becomes very interesting.
