They have secured funding for this enterprise.
“ The Directors believe the facility with Atlas offers full funding to reach production at the Company’s Baita Plai Polymetallic Mine in Romania (“Baita Plai”) and at the Chiadzwa Community Diamond concession in Zimbabwe (the “Diamond Concession”), and subsequently to generate positive cash flow for the Company.”
They are also in negotiations with a Swiss bank to raise more at a better rate.

They have bought the expertise of JC.

Yes BRD is a completely different animal. I bought in there in stages and when it popped from 50p to £1.30 after consolidation I made a fair amount of money. Some of which is in BOD now.
As for the warrants angelaj6611 has summed it up very well.
I feel we are smoldering here at the moment awaiting news on a number of fronts. Any which could project the M/Cap northwards at a rate of knots.

Cannot see why it would fall on news which says we are going to be cash generating. This means that dilution should be minimal going forward.

Not only tailings but also stockpiles untouched.

Evaluation work on the gravels and residual stockpiles adjacent to and surrounding the mine, conducted at the time of mining, indicated them to be diamond ferous with favourable economics. These deposits were overlooked when the mine was closed.

Looking at the history the average grade was 172 ctht at a price around $100 per ct

That would be a real bonus with 400 tones per day giving around $80,000 per day.

Maybe a little hopeful but we are now a diamond miner not just an explorer.
