Well it was probably going to be around 80p if the divi was paid.
Now the company has cancelled that they have another huge amount of cash which won't be released.
So my guess is £1.10
All the dividend funds are now staying with the company so why on earth would this drop in value??
The value of the company tomorrow is now more than it was going to be as they have the cash which was due to be released as a divi.
They now have a huge amount of cash to get them through the current situation!
Nice outlook.
I for one am buying at these levels trying to accumulate.
Who did you work for previously?
I think that the share price must have dropped by £1.88 after the demerger complete. Essentially the share price dropped by around 30 percent because the coal business generates £2.3billion in revenues per year. Now that the coal business will continue to be part of evraz, the value needs to be added back. Its great news, particularly for those who bought after the demerger.
Essentially, evraz have just acquired a business generating an additional £2.3billion per year which was not considered in the sp today. Very interesting to see what happens tomorrow!
If you look at the financial report, the coal side of the business generated £2.3billion last financial year. We have today found out that will now no longer be demerger from the company. Essentially evraz have just acquired a company that generates £2.3billion in sales, that today was not considered within the market cap. Absolutely fantastic news.
Well this is great news for the company, obviously particularly good news if you bought shares after the demerger!
I have gone for it.
Largest north American producer in rail and large diameter pipes.
The company is versatile and hopefully in the long run will end up paying off. Lets see...
May continue dropping but oh well - worth a punt
Does anyone have any figures regarding the proportion of sales/manufacturing in Russia vs ROW (canada, America etc)?
How much is the divi?
Are you still invested here regulator?
The news RE Avacta test is bad news yes. But we are a manufacturer and already have other agreements in place.
The directors have bought in big here as they know LFTs will be around fin the future for a very long time and the pressure to manufacture tests in Britain is mounting.
Not selling a single share here until some big contracts are discloses which I am expecting will come in time.
Anyone remember the circa £10m of allergy testing that ODX turned down to concentrate on Covid tests
Wish they stuck with that now!
He owned 45% previously, he just added another 1% while the price is low.
Hes the CEO and founder of Victorian Plumbing.
Its just a good sign that hes buying more - time for us PIs to fill up!
Im in, Good buy at this price!
What a ridiculous drop in SP!
This is a positive!
Just gives some tolerance for the switch across to the selected test that actually works!
Note your comments.... but please check my post. I want to see DDDD rejecting an offer of £5 per share.
Don't worry I will not be selling a single share until our market cap is multiples of what it is now.
Would be nice to have an RNS confirming 4D have rejected an offer from Merck at £5 a share.
Personally I don't think it will be long until we have something similar!
