Whilst we are all eagerly awaiting the production update which is confirmed as coming soon, it's a great time to be announcing bonanza grade gold found coinciding with the gold price going on a good run! 41g/PT sounds good at $2000+ per oz!

Fingers crossed the operational update following this is as positive too and we're finally turning a corner

Just a note for everyone reading ' the publicans" messages on here all the time.. this is a former poster called DJryan who hasn't been invested in this share for a while now, and despite claiming at least 300 times in the last year that he will never post here again..continues to do so because he's angry that he kept buying on news and then selling later at a loss..

We know it's been a s*** year for the company DJ we can all clearly see that but isn't about time you fu***d off from this board yet?

Certainly very encouraged by these early results! They only stuck the drill in a month ago and have already found higher grades than we have seen at Homase. And let's not forget there is many many miles of akrokeri left to drill to find even more. When you return high grades of gold the very first time you stick the drill in, it can only be good news! Without doubt there's lots to come from akrokeri.

Maybe reading too much into it as the mind works overtime thinking of possibilities of what could be going on..but in the last RNS does anyone think the sentence has an emphasis on the fact that everything is operating at HOMASE as usual? Maybe a hint that whatever is coming is from akrokeri? If everything was operating as usual why the need to say everything is operating at HOMASE, surely it would just say everything is operating as normal?

The last tweet from the company was that work was being done at akrokeri and to " look out for updates soon" could be overthinking but what do you all think?

We've all read the article about the attempted robbery in obuasi June 2nd and it could well be involved in that, I just think as it was nearly 2 weeks ago why would we still be suspended whilst operation as usual in homase

Would be nice.. but I think the same as Wasarunner, I expect June to to be the next update as that would work out timing for a quarterly update and hopefully a bigger one! By then there could potentially have been 2 or 3 pours completed and be looking on track to do 20k Oz by year's end.

Emma clearly stated on a recent call which has been well publicised that we are on track to meet projected targets but that she may not release news of every gold pour, they will be pouring gold every month and that might well be released in quarterly or half yearly news releases

Have to agree Wasa, that 20k looks nailed on to be an ISA bedding, two transactions within a minute, for the exact amount you get free with ISA.. eliminate that transaction and it's just another standard quiet day in GRL trades

Lots of positives to take from the call.. most impressive for me was :

20k Oz per year production figures are based only on the southern pits in homase, which make up only 2 of the 5 pits in the homase mine, of which all can potentially be mined deeper..plenty of potential for massive uplift on that 20k figure.

Debt expected to be clear before the end of this year.

Monthly Gold pours expected starting from the end of this month - continuous flow of cash reduces any need to borrow or add placings ( unless akrokeri drilling results require it)

Chairman Bill Trew has always planned on dividends in this company and also has a history of paying dividends in previous company's.

All of this and we are still now at the same price as last February when we hadn't even got the environmental permit! I completely understand why, it's been a bumpy year..but I think it's fair to say when we start posting regular pours this has some serious re-rating to do. We saw 14-15p being paid in 2021 based on the " what ifs" and the "could be's" well in a matter of months we are about to see the " have dones!!"

Fully positioned with 500k shares here, haven't sold a single one since I started accumulating them a long time ago..and after today's call I'm looking to see what I can shift to raise more cash, as for me this has de-risked alot in the last few weeks and my confidence in where this goes 12-24 months from now is high

Why don't you get out then? Youve been moaning about the company since about 1988 I litterally have no idea why your still here?

Agreed Wasa, I didn't hold through all those months of doubt just to sell at 10p..I get some people probably need to free up funds that have been trapped for a few months at a lower price, but unless you really need to, why would you hold through the uncertainty and then sell too early when the ball is rolling properly

Well done to all the patient holders who have kept the faith..we are about to be rewarded. It's absolutely full steam ahead now after that RNS.

Debt is very low, there's cash in the coffees after the first small pours and now that there's a much higher recovery rate we are about to become a cash cow with no debt

A gentle reminder for those waiting a bit longer for any good news before buying in, it litterally takes two trades to move this share die to the low lying float. If they release good news here you won't have a chance of 8p entries again

Gold tagged $2040 dollars an ounce today, 5 year high price!

Even with our recent extraction issues we are SURELY an absolute bargain at 8p a share now?!

2nd time in recent weeks that numerous huge buys have printed after hours... Interesting

Frustrating but it works both ways, we saw the share price hit 9p despite only one of the 20+ trades today being worth 9p. Still, a much better day today.. 13% rise and the gold price looking beautiful, bit more importantly, people generating Interest in GRL again. As they say " follow the money" well it's nice to see some again..it's been a while!

Nice to see some optimism ! I'm with you.. it's now been a month since the last RNS I'm sure they've been putting on alot of time and effort in getting cell 3 ready and tweaking the recovery process. I think we should be comfortably back above the 10p line on some positive news but i think we will have to prove we can deliver the previously stated 25k PA figures before we go back to recent highs of 14/15p.

If we see gold go above $2000 though who knows!! Definitely going to be a busy few months coming up soon in this share though that's for sure

I'm still confident despite the setbacks, however I think we will have to wait until March/April time to see a real uplift. The next few weeks will be tinkering with the testing of the agglomeration issues we've seen, but when they get that right large pours will come. Let's not forget, Bill Trew with his own massive holding/investment stands to lose far more than us if it goes wrong, and it's in his field of expertise..I'm sure he and the others involved will be far more committed to making this work than a regular CEO taking a monthly salary out of a business.

I only have 500k shares so only 10% of Wasarunners holding but I also remain confident that this will hit 3/4x the current value IF you are patient. In the meantime, at this price, it allows me to top up my holding every payday at bargain prices! I also feel that as soon as the operation is up and running smoothly, with the prospect of akrokeri getting up and running, we would be a pretty target for a potential buyout..which the previous track record of the management here would suggest is an option

Even if he buys them back at 10.50 today I'm confident he will make a big profit come year end, however after buying and selling off every RNS at a loss for the last few months I'd imagine he's probably feeling sick and will focus on other investments.

Hold for gold, this WILL be a good year for us I'm sure
