That may be correct but he would have to have been a shareholder to get any . Why would the large investors in at 96p want dilution, they are not in the habit of averaging down. I think the govt money will arrive before the Agm.

The major shareholders at the Agm could vote the second part of the placing down, the DHSC money could also arrive before Dec 20th. Wouldn’t that be nice
