The last time he tanked the share price he admittedly picked up 5 million quids worth at 39p. IMO this is his plan he’s the person destroying the price so he can pick it up on the cheap. This is the play ( Mandalorian speak ).

I think this is his plan to keep the share price low. Why else would you not reveal what the bid was. The city isn’t the problem it’s him.
