Looking at the share holders on the web site only about 24% of shares are with big holders so how come they get to dictate a yes or no. Unless the site is wrong 🤷‍♂️. If the guy wants it he should buy 30% of the free float and make his offer

Basically, any information that might have a material effect on the Share Price (good or bad) should be RNS'd (see it's a verb now). Broadly speaking this could be a Corporate Activity like a fundamental change in holdings or a Trading related event like a massive order won or major contract lost.
