So the market values over 2 billion tonnes of coal at 14 million mcap. Why aren’t the Chinese using proxy’s to hoover up cheap shares, they could easily get 30% on the cheap then go hostile, they could get the whole company for 50 million

So do you believe there is a bidder? Do you believe they’ve drilled 3 test holes? Agreements take time to negotiate, I agree the board have a chequered past but maybe this time they may come good

I think people are thinking that news will leak and they will get a chance to buy in, they may be correct. Any sale will need to be voted on , unless, the large shareholder at 20 odd percent and the locals owning 30% all agree then it’s just a yes.
