I think that the warrant holders will be rushing to excercise them before the buy out. I think they lose the right during a buy out if they haven’t done so. It’s a very good sign when they do

If you are planning on buying a company out you don’t just turn up and offer a set amount for 100% of the stock. You buy smaller amounts on the open market in nominee accounts until you are just below the 30% take over threshold, then you are only paying the larger amount on just over the remaining 70%. Just look at fridays trades.
