Well, obviously the large buyer probably the Wray family, by controlling their agreed buy price with the broker they prevent the SP from running away. Capice

When there is news to release the board are legally obliged to do so, if they hold back to nearer the vote date then they may well be seen as corrupt and play in to the share groups hands

I think the buys and sells are being matched here to keep the price in an agreed range, it moves up when the sellers want a bigger slice, they will eventually of course run out of ammo
