If there was nothing on the horizon i think Shep & Bri would call it a day....Chucking in another £650k is madness unless big Bri has got something up his sleeve. Lots of copper companies under the gun that would no doubt welcome a cash injection to keep them going in the short term. Also good chance copper price recovers in the fourth quarter.

got a feeling something is about to happen.....Its a good punt cash and assets worth close to £1m. No debt. Money just raised (at 4.75p) and likelihood in relation to immediate acquisition.....could be 3p on opening tomorrow.

a couple more 100k buys and should push through 1.5p - tomorrow could be a massive day......Remember what happened with SPR changing to Tea.....The day of the change went straight to 5p for 3p. I expect big jump tomorrow on confirmation that money in the bank.

indeed- one would think on confirmation that stock in the market (tomorrow) could jump to 2.5p. Also very possible that news on the acquisition comes friday or monday. Only 40m in the float as moritz and sheppard control half and have put the money up.

Rns confirming shares could be followed very shortly with deal news...definitely something in the pipe and imminent otherwise consolidation of loans and almost £700k made available would not have been concluded last Friday...

it would seem logical that there must be something on the horizon for the loans to equate to such a premium.... Looking through the history arguably Lord Sheppard considers this his baby so would not push for ridiculous premium so why have the board structured the swap at 4.75p......Must be something in the pipe otherwise why bother even doing the swap.

must relate in some way to projects in hand as there is no other conclusion for the massive premium. news on Friday perhaps or the following week.

Unlikely to be a capital raise at 4p.... Sp hasn't held that level for long enough so institutions would want 3-3.5p.... More likely news enroute

love the conspiracy theories....good thing is there is very small free float - If we can hold in the 4's and then get some news this will fly and fly hard....£1m cap shell company looking to do big things....£4-5m on the write news and that is just for starters...
