I’ll admit I initially expected bigger things of DISH within a short time frame and they have proved very underwhelming thus far. That being said, none of us have a crystal ball.
I appreciate a balanced argument on here as it encourages people to make informed decisions. However, It reflects what sort of contributor you are that you feel the need to undermine one comment I or other posters have made to enhance your own sense of self importance.
Posting sign ups that the company have agreed doesn’t reflect that the company is going to be an overnight success, however it does reflect a more optimistic outlook than was the case several weeks ago. In my view at present we have a long way to go but we’re starting to see signs of progress.
In my view one of the most significant changes is going from a CEO who’s sign up estimations were misleading (i.e daily sign ups in London) to one who should have a different approach to investor relations and should be treated with a clean slate.
it seems that DISH have finally identified that trust in the previous incumbent was depressing the share price. There is no reason for us to distrust the new CEO and honesty will do a lot to restore confidence here, albeit that in itself will not increase the share price.
Birmingham 36 +1
Bournemouth 39 +1
Brighton 21 +1
London 25 +1
Dish are beginning to sign up at a reasonable rate as promised. Glad that they are staying relatively quite about it, which should ultimately restore some confidence and give Sanj something tangible to discuss, rather than the previous hype.
This may be slightly hopefully but I’d expect an exponential increase in sign ups once more restaurants are on the app.
Although I don’t want to agree with Trump (as I’m invested in this) I can’t help but think he does make a fair point. Don’t the company only have around £40 - £50k at their disposal? At the current rate of cash burn I think that may run out pretty quickly without additional restaurant sign ups. We need numbers on he app, however well the recruitment process is going.
Everyone has an agenda on here - all of us are here because we have an interest in the share, one way or other. If someone is deramping then they are doing this for their own agenda, not because they have any consideration for anyone else on here.
This has to be the best news Dish has released for a while. Sanj must have been heavily preoccupied by this announcement, which may reflect the reduced number of restaurants released in Brighton. It is a significant piece of news for several reasons including...
1) The partnership which was promised is off the ground.
2) Other companies recognise the value of Dish and want to be affiliated with it.
3) There is another way of obtaining restaurant sign ups - this can be achieved without having territory managers in place.
4) There will be a significant increase in marketing, through outsourcing, enabling Sanj and the team to focus their attention in other areas.
5) There will be a subsequent significant uptake in exposure from marketing at awards to 3,500 restaurants, which could be regarded as market leaders, thus any sign ups may influence the market to sign up as other restaurants will be influenced by market leaders.
Anyone trying to deramp this morning is completely mad.
