What can us share holders do?
The BoD are silent, the rest of the market has bounced back, and the curry MCAP is undervaluing the company.

If Capita went bust because if all the support contracts they have the fall out to their clients would be massive, with waves spanning out across the UK market.
I think people underestimate how integrated Capita are to the UK economy and company landscape.
It's the reason why I find the current share price laughable, taking into account their contracts, revenue, and debt, and market position a fair value MCAP should be £1b easily.

I just find it mental that based on revenue and contracts that the MCAP can be so low.

I'm still of the opion (yes factoring in debt) that for a mere £360m MCAP, buying up this company firing senior management and asset stripping is a fast way for an investment firm to make a quick buck.
The BoD need to come out with some positives next week or risk loosing the company and their jobs.

Seems like a good deal to buy a company for £1b, to cover MCAP and debt. They are about to get £115m from a sale, plus have £3b worth of revenue with a 93% retention rate, and numerous contracts they have signed in to multi year revenue streams.
