Agreed this was trading in the 20-35 range for along time, been so much progress since then and we have the licensing agreement should return to those levels in the not-too-distant future

The licensing for me is almost a sideline albeit a potentially very very lucrative one. They need to get over that final hurdle and get a big investor on board to sort the regulatory capital. Without the banking license, they can't take deposits which they need so they have money to lend out. All the work they put into this to go live in the 12 months leading up to mid-2023 they must of been very confident they were close. Yes, timelines have slipped but I believe it can’t be far off now.

Who knows what value fiinu the live digital bank with a banking license and the plugin overdraft that everyone can access even from their existing banking app would be, many multiples of the current SP…. exciting times.

It's a bargain at these prices. They've spent about 60M to get to this point acquiring the tech, developing the app, and getting everything in place for the banking license. Reg capital sorted re-apply for the banking license and launch the fiinu digital banking app. Revolut etc are worth many billions the CEO sold his last business after 2 years for £170 million we don't need much of the digital bank market share to be worth a lot more than that.

This should be 20+ it was trading 20-35 without the licensing agreement , I was happily buying in that range as were most of the II's that own 80% its steal at 10p. It'd be nice if we could get to around 15 then more news. Hopefully the big one Reg capital sorted, reapply for the banking license and launch fiinu2 its ready to go, give some of the digital banks a run for their money. 100M market cap when that happens.

Fiinu 2 which will be renamed Fiinu bank when it goes live. Look at the size/valuation of Monzo, starling, revolut etc we don't need much of the digital bank market share to be worth many many multiples of today MK.

If people bank with fiinu great but even if they dont everyone will be able to add the fiinu plugin overdraft to their existing banking app. Like you say no one is doing small amount lending over a short term, payday loan companies proved there is a huge market for this. Wonga at its height was valued at 750m yes they were ripping people off and lending to people they shouldn't but the market is there for fiinu to come along and do it properly.

Then they've got the licensing of the tech as well.

So much potential as soon as we start getting some traction I really can see it getting snapped up by a big bank/fintech who'll want to buy up the competition and getting their hands on the tech. Our CEO

Ackers selling is abit of a strange one.. He's held for along time and sold at a big loss he was buying alot higher than the current SP, anyway hopefully onwards and upwards now.

And that's exactly the reason why when it goes it really goes not 10-20 % but hundreds and hundreds. What will this open at if the next RNS says they're re-applying for the banking license? if you're not already in you'll miss out on the main big rise because on the next positive RNS it'll open 400%+ up again and you'll be too late.

You either have confidence that the tech and the company will be worth many multiples of today's share price or you don't. IME acquired fiinu for 37.5M that's what after all the due diligence the tech is valued at and that's without a 'white label deal' current MK 24M. Trading around the 1p range was a joke hence the re-rate. They are the real deal, tech no one else has or can do, great board, and only 25% ish free float. I have absolutely no doubt the board is working hard on a plan so they can re-apply for the banking license (which has already been granted once) and license the tech to foreign banks.

The board and II's own so much they're not gonna do some huge placing at a massive discount and dilute themselves into oblivion, dewscope offered a line of credit that might be back on the table and hopefully with all the renewed interest over the last few weeks private investments will get them the funds needed for the banking license.

I haven't seen anything about the rumoured bidding war but a large financial institution would pay 500M to take us out, own the tech for themselves and stop any future competition. I think they'd consider that they got a bargain.

Lots and lots to look forward much more licencing opportunities & re apply for the banking license which hopefully won't take that long as they've already had it approved once. the funding is sorted launch the app which is all ready to go the sky is the limit with the demise of pay day Lender's there's a real gap in the market but this a very different a quality product offering an affordable line of short term credit. Will easily be worth hundreds of millions if not billions within a few years.

It was key to their main business model. If they can't take deposits where are they getting the money from to lend out? the whole thing was based on them being able to take deposits. Everything for the banking license was approved and ready to go, the app was all done, it was raising the 40M reg capital that was the sticking point. Look at the team they had in place at the time and all the leg work that was done its all literally ready to launch, they must of had a plan in place to sort it. Yes there has been a delay that decimated the share price but nows the time.

Immediate acquired Finnu for 37.5M that's what the tech was worth. Current MK not even 1/2 of what they paid. The big II's all bought much higher and have the bulk of the shares. Great run so far but wait until they announce they're reapplying for the banking license, this hasn't started to get going yet.

Securing the funding needed has been challenging, as the saying goes if it was easy everyone would do it. The CEO has a great track record as do the board and the large shareholders. It’s all primed, ready to go, with spare cash being squeezed like never before now is the time for this, millions will have access to an affordable line of credit.

Yes its a large hurdle to overcome but when they do

yes they've been getting their ducks in a row (for 3 years) but a decent net profit is still lacking
