Kirsten Lund has been with TRX for 15 + years. For so much of that time, the company was a shambles, raised millions and millions from shareholders, came very close to completely running out of money and having the lights turned off, listed for over 15 years and still has not made a single penny profit. She certainly hasn't shown in the past that she's capable of ' strict financial controls ' I'm not wowed by her reappointment.

In fairness to drab danny unless he was 'in on it' he can only report on the figures presented to him by the financial team the blame lies with the former CFO who as I previously said timed his 'retirement' perfectly.

I might be interested in a trade, I could see it doing 100% from these levels within 12 months, but its too risky with the II's selling, debt greater than mcap, are they going to raise or put a low-ball offer to take private or both within 12 months? Personally think there's a good chance. I'll end up like Ice averaging down every fortnight. I re-read some of the hardman report from 2023 the other day that said by now they should be profitable and cash generative with a share price of 170 that was a good laugh.

So *if* everything you say comes to fruition in 3 years we'll have a share price of 41p to look forward to. Hardly a game changer when it was 60p 7 months ago

Its not a trading tactic, it's the reason I'm not buying more. If I'm wrong and the SP soars, I'll be more than happy. I just didn't hear anything in the presentation that made me think that was likely in the near term. All the things talked about require money and time, which is the reason I think a raise is probably on the cards. The ability to raise money from shareholders is literally the only plus I can think of for them remaining on AIM. In every other way, they'd be better off taking it private.

There's a cash call coming here, and I think they'll want to do it sooner rather than later. They left it until the last minute last time, and it was a disaster. That way, they can say we're fully funded, have XYZ in the pipeline, and over the next few years, we'll add just loads and loads of value for all you shareholders, rinse and repeat.

So more than likely, conister will let other UK institutions offer the plug-in overdraft during the exclusivity period as long as they get a piece of the pie.

It's lining up. Soon, all payment assist customers will be offered the plug overdraft 'powered by fiinu' , then all Conister Bank customers, and eventually everyone will be able to access it.

I was one of the ones thinking/hoping that the white label deal would be revolut or a large fintech, I'd never heard of conister. But it's a start, will give proof of concept and get the plug-in overdraft off the ground. Then onto the next deal and the next. Disappointed the SP is back down to these levels, but its a good opportunity to load up ready for the next step up

'adjusted' EBITDA is account bull speak for a loss abit like saying going from 24% growth to 6% decline is consolidation or blaming trump, the reality is the board/management have taken their eye off the ball and need to pull their finger out.

Not sure how that trading update can be spun as a positive, it's pretty poor. In real terms, there has been very little growth over the last couple of years, and now it's actually declining.

I hope you're correct Ice, and there's lots going on in the background that will turn things round. 15 years+ of expenses being higher than income and bailouts by shareholders is a disgrace.

They also don't currently offer an overdraft. Maybe wishful thinking, but a partnership with the most valuable private tech company in Europe would certainly be the dream scenario.

Things are afoot here, employees and creditors taking stock options instead of cash, a reverse takeover paid for with stock, an equity raise with a Luxenberg fund, and the settlement of warrants.

These people are in the know, something big is coming, and this is them getting well-prepared and organised for the upcoming event by having all necessary elements in order and ready.
