Not if they wait to notify the company of conversion in a few weeks time when the SP is much lower than it is now, which is what usually happens. Thats how the lender makes big profits, forward selling at a higher SP and converting them at a substantailly decimated SP - and the cycle continues.

Yes I agree the last two days were probably them forward selling, but its not forward selling to the tune of �1.5M worth is it? That will take weeks at this volume. So its a falsehood to say its already been forward sold. Maybe 1 or 2 of the 60 notes yes...

They havent forward sold �1.5M worth of loan notes, thats ridiculous. Theres 60 loan notes in this first tranche, each worth �25k. It will take weeks to forward sell those, all the time the SP will be driven down with the selling, and hey presto, they can then convert the loan notes at a much lower SP and make bucketloads of profit at shareholders expense. Anyone who has been in a share with Darwin will know their MO.

Even if they only take the first tranche its still will end up in a confetti of new shares driving the rpice down each conversion through forward selling. And one warrant for every two converted shares? Thats an insane amount of warrants
