That's certainly how I read it. I'm feeling cautiously bullish

and interest/sentiment seems to be picking up. Highest volume for a while yesterday and a nice few buys starting this morning.

Apologies if this has already been posted but this is an interesting article about a seafood exporter planning to recommission the same port last year (March 2020): Some interesting bits:

"The Geological Survey and Mines Bureau officials also visited the harbour and have suggested building a Breakwater. “This would be done by the Coast Conservation Department."

"Subsequent to this exposure President has expressed keenness to re commence the harbour and Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa has appointed a committee to expedite the re opening."

I agree, I think its a positive. Theres nothing in that article that suggests that any more work is needed than CMET has already said needs completing, and already been factored in already to get the port operational. And the comparisons to that airport show - the airport is absolutely fine, they just don't have the business! CMET/Oluvil port is the airport equivalent of supplying a load of daily commercial passenger jets full of (sand) people.

Re: Titanium Sands and for balance, they relate to exploration licence renewals and although they refused two, they did also grant a third, so its not like they are trying to refuse everything.

I don't think Covid restrictions will last long at all, their vaccination programme has been pretty astounding of late. They have gone from 5m doses to over 22m doses in less than 2 months `(population 21m) and nearly 50% of the entire population, not just adults, being double jabbed.

Best thing comes to those that wait Paul. Which means going on the amount of time we have been waiting, its going to be stratospheric!

It's not a full lockdown. It's a curfew from 10pm. Business has been and continues to operate as normal.

Thanks for sharing Tom. We already knew, but that email confirms they are working on something big. Hopefully transformational. Just need more patience unfortunately. But difficult to lose at current SP. My view only but selling at 18p seems daft for the risk reward ratio alone..

The 'lockdown' is actually just a late night curfew. So shouldn't have much impact at all.

Ha, indeed. I should trim it back though, Im probably only seriously watching 10 or so of those. My problem is when I sell a share it takes me ages to take off my watchlist so I can sit in glee watching the SP tumble, or slit my wrists daily when I see it rocket!

I have 60 AIM stocks on my watchlist and 35 of them are red today and only one is blue. It was a similar story yesterday so in the wider market conditions we aint doing too bad this week!
