I took a big profit in January and bought back about 1/3 of the original holding. I buy for the long term so will hold. I am not prepared to add further at present. BUT: Is there a real/viable business behind all this now rather chaotic story?!
Perhaps worth recalling the Buffett dictum that in the short term the market is a voting machine but in the long term it's a weighing machine. Is he building up a successful business or not? Any thoughts?
Reb the HSBC note: Is MS using the same business model ('rolling up' businesses) to build up S4 as he did with WPP? Organic growth is of course looked for by analysts at some stage.
Analyst upgrades: Are you able to post what their revised target figures are plse? Not always easy to access this info and the FT 'S4' page does not (yet?) show anything new.
And worth mentioning that press articles (yesterday or today) suggest that WPP is planning to go down the digital route. Any thoughts please in connection with S4?
