It certainly suggests a lack of engagement with us . We can only hope that Stephen becomes a tad more pro active with the shareholder base now that he's aware of the IR role he has . He did make a point of saying something to that effect at the last AGM .

Despite the poor spelling , Stephen Parker's email to me does say 'Commencement of toxicity trial , Not 'initiation' . At least the poorly worded RNS has been

clarified . the trial has commenced !

For context , my original email to stephen was sent mid may enquiring as to whether Sareum had received the new batch of 'dirty' 1801 capsules/ formula to commence the toxicity trials. When i didn't get a reply I suggested that comms with the shareholder base was sadly lacking .

Now I've had a response for which I'm grateful maybe others could email Stephen as we now know he will respond if approached !

I emailed Stephen Parker on 12/5 2025 asking if he could let me know if the new batch of 'dirty' 1801 had been delivered yet ? No reply

I followed this up with another email on 16/5/2025 suggesting that even if he could not answer the original question, an acknowledgement of him having viewed it would be the right and proper response to a long standing and heavily invested Private Investor in Sareum , of which he is acting CEO. No reply. I sent another Email on 20/5 suggesting that he'd promised to improve Comms but was not fulfilling this promise and it was not going down well on this board. Obviously nothing came back .

At the end of any RNS his name is next to the email address ir@sareum.co.uk . This surely stands for Investor relations ?

It's totally ignorant . rude and unacceptable behaviour and indicative of the contempt he has for pi's .

I saw this article in the guardian yesterday . If this is the future we really should be getting a shift on before we're yesterdays news !

I've just messaged Stephen Parker at ir@sareum.co.uk requesting clarity on whether the new batch of compound has been received yet. If I get a reply I'll let you know .

So now we've been told they expect Advanced Toxicology studies expected to start in May . Delay due to reformulation of 1801 . the utter contempt they have for us LTH's . Why couldn't they let us know this was happening sooner. It couldn't have damaged the share price anymore than it already has done by complete lack of comms .

I've tried all of that ! I can 'view' all of the other presentations on their site . but the Val presentation is not presenting as something I can view but rather something I can register for . When i click to register I then get 'You are already registered '!! ah well , is it worth watching anyway ?

Does anybody know how to view this ? I am registered and the Engage Investor page has this as still not available to view .

It is becoming increasingly clear that the TYK2/JAK1 class offers great potential for the treatment of autoimmune disease, with potential for broad coverage and increased efficacy across key targets, lower toxicity and potentially stronger efficacy. We believe SDC-1801 has the potential to be a best-in-class TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor for autoimmune diseases and we're excited about its progress in this ongoing clinical study. While the MAD study is still in progress, interim data shows that levels of SDC-1801 in blood are already in the expected therapeutic range, and achieve concentrations greater than those predicted to reduce signalling of cytokines dependent on TYK2 and/or JAK1 activity by 50% for a sustained period following once daily oral dosing. Safety data remains blinded, but no serious adverse events have been reported to date.

The net proceeds from the Fundraise are intended to be used by the Company to complete Phase 1a clinical studies on its SDC-1801 TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor ("Phase 1a") and, together with the receipt of anticipated R&D tax credits in the amount of £0.7 million which is expected in September 2024, for general working capital purposes.

So the anticipated tax credit of £1.4 million is now £0.7 million ?

When the equity prepayment facility was announced , Tim said in that RNS 3/8/2023 , 'The Company intends to use the Facility, if fully drawn, together with the receipt of anticipated tax credits to the amount of £1.6 million, to complete the Phase 1a/b clinical development of the Company's lead candidate SDC-1801, which is expected to be a primary catalyst for driving shareholder value, and for general working capital to Q4 2024.'

How do we know if and when the tax credits will be received ?

I have also emailed the company . I have also requested IR acknowledge receipt of it .I'm into this for £40,000 and I'm down 80% now !

Can you tell me where to find the Q&A ? I'm just seeing the video presentation .

I messaged our head of IR , Alex Harrison, 5 days ago now, requesting clarification of our current situation from the board and an update ASAP. I heard nothing back . I sent a polite reminder 2 days ago . Nothing ! We are being treated with utter contempt !!

"Sareum has a strong pipeline of kinase inhibitors on the threshold of clinical development. Subject to regulatory approval, we plan to advance our lead candidate SDC-1801 into clinical development shortly, a significant milestone for our business. With a strong pipeline and increased clinical validation around the JAK kinase space, we are optimistic about the potential of this drug class, both for patients and commercially." This is frustrating that Tim says planning to advance SDC1801 into clinical development shortly , yet further down the RNS , in the section 'About Sareum' , it states , 'The Company is focused on developing next generation small molecules which modify the activity of the JAK kinase family and have best-in-class potential. Its lead candidate, SDC 1801, simultaneously inhibits TYK2 and JAK1. SDC1801 is a potential treatment for a range of autoimmune diseases, which has entered clinical development with an initial focus on psoriasis. Sareum is also developing SDC1802, a TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor with a potential application for cancer immunotherapy. So here it is saying SDC1801 HAS Entered clinical development ! Which is it TIM ???
