A great sign that the Bolt BOD are currently based in London, presumably they will be there until RTO is completed and confirmed! Can’t be too long now surely!

Who knows, they may get an opportunity to contribute bearing in mind it will be the first crypto ever to list on the LSE so a pretty big deal! either way everything looking pretty special right now for a nice increase for SH once trading restarts! (This month hopefully!)

A few have hashed this issue out in the TG group and have come to the conclusion that as per main market listing rules the MC does indeed have to be at least 30 MILL.

I thought that JH meant 10 mill on top of the 30 mill that is required to gain a main market listing but accept that I may have misconstrued what he was referring to.

JH mentioned today "we are looking to raise £10mil as a soft cap" so would that mean an opening MC of 40 mill upon RTO? so dependant on any dilution we could be sitting very pretty as SH once RTO is completed?

Not sure what "good shape" equates to in terms of how much longer we have to wait to find out how many (if any) bags we see our stakes increase by upon RTO being completed, just have to hope that the wait will be worth it!

The inference of the message below seems to be that they are advising other crypto company's on the process of completing an RTO and you can surely only advise on a process if you have been through and completed a process yourself hence the conclusion that the RTO has been completed?
