Is the general consensus from all available information that it will be earliest beginning of September before we get an update with regards to the bonds or could it still be this month?

How long before 'bond market conditions' or whatever you call it is expected to change? I mean is it something that is accessed daily/weekly? what constitutes an uplift in the bonds performances in relation to the ones we are trying to sell?

What did the Facebook post say?

Well with it being that binary and if it were to be that catastrophic if the bonds arnt sold then just imagine where the sp will rise to very quickly if it turns out that it genuinely was just a small delay for the reasons stated and all of the bonds have been sold, 200-300 % increase in sp?

Thanks for sharing that Fred, it seems that everything will work out just as the company initially stated then, obviously this delay hasn't been helpful with regards to the sp but it seems that Norges and the quatris are unconcerned with their 15p buys so they must feel confident that the sp will be in excess of 15p in the future so I'm feeling more and more relaxed as we near the day that the news that bonds are sorted is released.

Only a maximum of 34 trading days to go until the sp will most likely be in the 25p-35p range almost instantaneously or of course the worst case I guess the sp would go possibly sub 5p if the news was really bad but bearing in mind all of the above I feel that a positive outcome is 80/20 in favour of shareholders.

It cost well be the case that many inexperienced and some experienced were spooked by the content of the RNS and the sp could well be back to where it ended Monday so all that would have happened is alot of Pi's let go out their shares and then II's just came in and said 'thank you very much, these will be worth 50 % more in a few weeks time'

I'm not the most experienced on here, I used to dip in and out of many different shares and all that happened was my pot gradually became less and less before I ended up with nothing )I understand many people would say the same could happen here) so I decided to change my investing strategy just under 6 years ago to just buy one stock and keep topping up and don't sell any which I have stuck to to this day, I understand refusing to sell any and take a 50 % loss maybe seems crazy to some but I just couldn't do it to myself after having been over 300 % up at one point.

From experience here I know that things can turn around when you least expect it, when it seems the darkest, right now it seems pretty dark but deluded or not I am expecting things to turn around very soon, all it requires is the bonds to be sold which is not off the table even though reading lots of the posts here over the last 2 days you would think that the company has stated that they can't find enough interest and they have pretty much run out of ideas which at this point is not the case, lets face it the stock market is not the most rational place is it (up or down) so I feel we have seen a major over reaction in my view which I hope will be reversed over the next few weeks, I mean to be fair was a slight delay in confirming the bonds haven't been completed yet really worthy of an almost 40 % drop? 10 % fair enough but as things stand I think 14-16p is most probably a fair price until definitive news on the bonds is known either way.

I'm sure I will attempt to have have more of a diverse portfolio if I ever sell any of my holding here, don't think I would consider selling any until at least £2 per share which obviously could be a few years away yet so plenty of time to research other companys.

If the BOD could just get these bonds sorted then I'm sure that would be a massive game changer for the company and we could finally get on to concentrating on the amazing progress of the construction, looking forward to everything being sorted in the next few weeks, wouldn't be complaining if market conditions improve early next week and the BOD reconvene discussions with the interested parties and everything gets signed off, just imagine the volume and how quickly and high the sp will climb once that news hits one morning soon, you won't be thinking about days like yesterday and today then as sentiment and the perception of the project would be completely transformed from where we currently sit. There is no way I would sell at a 50 % loss, I wouldn't sell any of my holding here at a loss as it's taken me almost 6 years and alot of hard work to build up that £62,000 stake so I will be dammed if I going to come out 50 % worse off after the patience I have shown up until this point.

In the end if I end up with nothing then I will have to in time get my head around it but I would rather wait and in time I believe that I will be back in profit so won't have lost anything at that point.

I do not have any dependants no so at least I would be the only one to suffer if this doesn't end up as I believe it still will.

Maybe I am a 'complete novice/idiot' as you so kindly state, I will either be nicely in profit within the next 6 weeks or probably staring down the barrel but at least I'm backing the project, what about you, do you hold any shares? or do you just wait until the sp drops significantly then just come on here and post negatively? from your posting history it seems to be latter.

Yes I am all in, £62,000 savings, at this point I'm 50 % down which is never great to look at but very confident that I will be at least 50 % up before the end of this year, anyone else have their life savings invested in just this project?

Hi Alan, I bought 20,000 shares this morning at 9.83 which has taken my holding up to just over 355,000 so only need another 45,000 shares to reach my 400,000 target, in a way I was hoping that I wouldn't need to buy any more as the sp would go over my average and stay above it but clearly that hasn't happened, pretty confident that I will be back in profit at some point in the next few weeks.

I agree with your summary, in the end us LTH's arnt going to get shaken out of our holdings by the odd poor sp day, I'm just looking forward to when the mine opens in late 2020/early/mid 2021.

Thats when the sp will start to show it's true value in my view so what happens in between to the sp is not worth being concerned with, Iv'e been invested here nearly 6 years and seen the sp move up sharply and down sharply time after time so not fazed by days like today, it was just a nice chance to increase my holding.

Hopefully I will manage to acquire 45,000 shares at some point just so I reach my target holding but if I don't then that's good also as it will mean that the sp has moved past my average price of 17.47 and stayed above that so I'm in a win-win position at this point.

With regards to what todays massive over reaction cost me? just over £23,000 so am currently 39.89 % down or £24,737.70 to be precise.

Anyway just need to keep believing and I'm sure everything will be much more settled at some point within the next 4-6 weeks.

Good. No need for you to be posting on here anymore is there, i mean you're no longer invested (so you say), you don't trust the BOD and can't see yourself ever investing in this company again so all in all you're not a big fan of this share at all are you so surely there isn't much you can gain from hanging around here being negative, bashing the company all day long is there, best you go and find a new home for your £500 or however much it is, a company that you believe in so that way at least you may be able to post something positive on that companys BB. Ok thanks for confirming, hopefully we should be back to over 1B value within the next couple of weeks I would have thought so no worries on that front.

when the next promotion/relegation cut off date comes rounds? Does anyone know when the next cut off point is and also what the sp needs to be for us to stay in the 250? Thanks

How can you be so sure that there is no chance? are you well connected in who we are in discussions with? I doubt you are so not sure why you are being so dogmatic.

If you researched this project as extensively as genuine LTH's then you would share our optimism but you haven't have so so you don't, I see all of the deramp crews have crawled out of the woodwork today, I suppose a little uncertainty is their lifeblood so not surprised by their appearance.

In the end the only news is that it may take up until the end of September to officially inform the market that all of the bonds have been taken up, if you think about it the company had given themselves until the end of September anyway so in effect the timeline hasn't actually been pushed back it's just they were hoping to get everything sorted 6 weeks ahead of schedule but all it is is that they may now go right up to the end of September.

But you do get irrational, kneejerk reactions when it comes to investors emotions which we have seen today, of course inexperienced investors can get spooked but eventually you learn that these are usually short term blips that reverse in time.

This could actually work in our favour if the government step up and do the right thing for everyone concerned.

If anything feeling even more positive than yesterday, I'm sure the poster Oracle who is well connected will pop on here at some point today to hopefully give a little more context to todays news and give some indication of weather the goverment are at least in dialogue with the company? only wondering as when he posted yesterday there didn't seem to be any issues with the bonds but it may be that he isn't that close the BOD that he would be aware of that type of change.

I suspect you may be right Kapersky, surely the goverment can't be seen to let this project fail without stepping in to save the jobs in that part of the country, then we will really see the sp take off up to it's true value! not long to wait either way as the company won't want any delay to the project timescale, managed to grab some at 9.83p earlier during the overdone drop so feeling pretty satisfied at this point. Well done LTH's, we should see true value come through within the next few weeks!

It may be that the company have decided to go in a different direction to raise the money, I'm sure one of our recent major investors such as Norges or the Quari Goverment may be interested in investing into our amazing project for the right terms, we could in fact end up with better terms when all is said and done.

It's one thing people on here believing the bonds are a done deal but the market doesn't adjust the price based on what posters on BB's think, they wait until news is officially released by the company, then they will adjust the price accordingly dependant on what buyers now think the sp is worth based on the news, so that is why the sp is where it is, hopefully for only another 5 trading days though if all goes how most expect!
