Hi All, Considering taking a position here once the debacle that is SXX is finally over, I read a broker note March last year predicting sp of 12p medium term/100p with 5 years, does that seem realistic to the more experienced holders here?

Also read an article in the money section of the Mail in March last year that made me think that this could be a very good buy for a long term hold.

Most probably will start with 500,000 shares with a target holding of 1 million shares over the next couple of years.

I'm surprised that this project hasn't got more attention, it seems to be under the radar to a certain extent, what are current holders on here expectations for the sp over the next 2-4 years? Thanks

I would like to hear his take on the recent developments, will his take be condescending? of course it will, it's PAAA, he can't help himself, it's just the way he was made I guess.

I believe it was he who famously 'looked into Chris's eyes' and from that he was certain that he was a man he could trust, just goes to show what a poor judge of character some of us are at times, it's a good job he didn't look into his heart as all he was have seen is blackness and stone.

While I'm at it, wheres myo? I don't think a document or spreadsheet is going to be able to put a positive spin on this latest development somehow.

Hi Jiffy, I didn't do either of those unfortunately, just bought in the open market 39 times too many it seems, have been doing alot of reflecting over the last 48 hours which hasn't been much fun either!

Be able to act on our behalf to recoup our losses? I'm pretty sure this a effectively a rhetorical question as the BOD will just claim that 'the only other outcome was administration' or words to that effect, I'm clutching at straws now I realise:

There are lots of things the BOD should have done up until this point for us Sh's but they haven't, I mean even if they communicate that other parties are interested it's not going to do the sp any harm is it, it does get you wondering if they are once again not acting in SH's best interests, I'm still confused as to why there was no CC after they dropped the latest, worst ever news and it's like they are basically refusing to communicate with SH's, at this point it almost looks all very underhand, maybe I will be proved wrong in time, hope I am but at the moment everything is getting more and more dispiriting as each day passes.

Fortunately I don't have a spouse to come clean to, I don't feel shame but stress yes, lots and lots of that, haven't been sleeping too well, wouldn't have the guts to act on any thoughts like that so I'm a coward as well as a loser when it comes to investing, all in all this 6 year foray into the world of investing hasn't been very good at all, all Iv'e done is lost £35,000 (as things stand) it might even end up worse than that, just generally feel like rubbish and feel like LTH's have been conned in a way, there won't be any accountability for any of the BOD, there never is unless they rob from other rich people (think Bernie Madoff) otherwise they will go on their sweet way and we have to try and recover, some of us might not ever recover quite frankly.

I'm sure other companys have been doing their DD for a few months now in the background, it may be that other bidders want to see what other bidders are prepared to bid first, it's all a game of cat and mouse to them isn't it, all I'm saying is just because other bidders haven't shown their hands in the last 24 hours doesn't mean that they won't before February 6th, AA openly said in their CC something along the lines of they think they are getting an amazing deal if they could get it for the pittance that they have offered and they are right but other companys will be thinking the same and have the same access to all of the figures and projections etc so you can't rule out other bids coming in very soon but of course you may get none and AA could walk away then we could end up with nothing, although it would mean that CF the BOD would lose out on some nice big paydays also if AA walked away so really think that CF and the BOD will want some sort of deal to be secured rather than administration.

There would need some sort of big intervention for the sp to get back to the 20p range at this point, never say never but it's looking unlikely at this point in time unfortunately.

I'm hearing you Chilting, just processing todays events at this point, at least everything will be sorted one way or another by Feb 5th, you are most probably looking at somewhere between 5.5p and 15p or maybe 0p, that is the reality but we're all gamblers deep down arnt we or we wouldn't have bought shares in a project such as this.

Thanks for confirming Alan, in to the last like myself, I haven't given up for the last 6 years so I'm not going to start now! fair enough the company might give up on me but I can't control that. Hope all holders can end up with some sort of acceptable return out of this!

I just acknowledged that as things stand it doesn't seem that the BOD have acted in the best interests of shareholders but rather than jump to a conclusion I will wait until the whole process has played out before completely disowning the company.

Do you think he is shameless enough to still reside in an area where he has effectively left many hard working people without their life savings?

I never encouraged any one else to buy though and always stated that everyone should do their own research before deciding if this type of investment was right for them so there is nothing to call me out about I'm afraid, I did indeed state that ONE DAY IN THE FUTURE IF everything went to plan that you could see an sp of £10, clearly everything hasn't even got close to coming together as the BOD said they would, the BOD and some outside factors, i.e Brexit/Trump etc haven't help but I still think it comes down to the decisions that the BOD made.

Well time will tell won't it, I think as always there has been a bit of a knee jerk reaction today but like I say time will tell if that reaction is justified or not.

In the end it's all about opinions of what may or may not happen moving forward, I'm personally going to hold on but everyone has to do whatever they think best for them.

Alan, did you sell your holding today?

I believe they need 75 % to get the take over passed? I doubt they will get 25 % to vote in favour so it's back to the drawing board for them and if they want our amazing asset then they will have to come back with a much more acceptable offer, I'll give then a tip, start from 15p and you might get a bit closer to the 75 % to vote in favour.

I guess there is a chance that once this first offer is resoundingly rejected that they walk away but I can't see that as where else are they going to find an asset this size with a 100 year mine life for say 15p per share? it doesn't exist does it so I'm sure if pushed they will up the offer, they will have no choice once other companys start showing their hands, should be a very interesting next 3 weeks or so!
