I’m sure holders will want to make it as difficult as possible for the ceo and friends to grab the required shares too cheaply, should make them pay 20p so at least even the holders who paid £2 get 10% of their money back!

Yes, that is how it should play out starting from Monday, should move beyond 5p very quickly for starters if the theory that most expect plays out, crazy opportunity here now!

Without the admission that they require shares to purchase obviously the shares would have been worthless but that admission of what they need to do has pretty much added potentially a lot of value for anyone holding from these levels for the next week weeks.

5p should be broken Monday you would presume! Almost 50 mill traded yesterday with only 72 mill shares in issue! When such a big part of the shares in issue are traded it usually sees some huge rises and quickly! Will likely get to the point that mm,s will run very low on stock so will have to keep raising the price!

5p should be surpassed Monday at some point surely

If that’s actually true then once the RTO is complete it could actually be pretty successful but even if they have 400 million active users it doesn’t matter to shareholders without the stock market listing being active

Seen a few people mention that that could be a takeover target around the 12p market, not sure how or where that comes from but guessing it has to be a possibility bearing in mind it the IPO was so high, maybe it’s the management that are the issue and not the business itself, wouldn’t be surprised at all if there were entities who will think they can turn this business around. Let’s see!

Unique situations occur when a CEO requires a certain amount of stock by a certain date, if you see big buys still coming in beyond 10p next week then you know he REALLY wants those shares!

Exactly, therefore which shareholders are they going to get to vote for delisting at these levels! Many must have averages well over £1 so guess the BOD are going to have to somehow get that sp up as not worth a lot of SH selling if they have such a high ave so how are this BOD going to accumulate the shares they require? They are in a bit of a pickle at this point!

It’s not up to the BOD anyway, it’s up to shareholders! So they will in effect have to pay shareholders off if they are to get their wish! Like I say very rare opportunity here if you hold shares currently!

I see, so that’s why the sp could rise significantly next week so that it makes CEO and others pay more for their shares and get pi’s to part with their shares at a price they are happy with? Guessing longer term holders will be wanting well beyond 10p to sell bearing in mind the initial IPO prices! Can see the logic to why this could be a pretty rare opportunity if I’ve understood it correctly! The CEO can have my shares for 50p per one! If he wants them that much! Presuming that pi’s arnt just going to let him delist that easily!

Seems like this one is a quick 50o-1000% within a couple of trading sessions or zero abs not much in between! Fortunate favours the brave though!
