Seems like the £2 barrier will be taken out easily today, would be nice to see a strong £2.25 + finish today if possible, then we should see even more news coverage over the long bank holiday weekend plus many new pi's/ii's, who were not too aware of Avacta before this latest news received national attention, researching the company which will then inevitably lead to much more interest/stronger volumes/bigger buys next week which should hopefully see the sp keep moving up in anticipation of further news.

You didn't need to, you were responding to my original post where I mentioned Kens prediction of a £10 sp by the end of July so fairly obvious who you were referring to

I'm not sure if I'd describe Ken and Myles as gurus, just very well informed, logical investors who have called this share correctly every step of the way so far.

Thinking about it we could well see the sp at those levels by then, if Ken thinks it's possible then who am I to argue as he has called everything right here so far!, so roll on the end of July for our £10 + new sp base!

It's vastly inferior to our test for the many reasons that many have already outlined on here throughout today.

No doubt the Gov are aware of our test but obviously can't mention it until we have made the news official, the gov are basically just biding time until our test becomes available, they shouldn't have too long to wait now, Sir Al and the team will be working flat out weekdays, weekends, bank holidays to get everything sorted, also they have always over delivered with regards to timescales so am expecting update on Antigen test within the next 2-3 weeks.

Don't worry, genuine long term holders won't be selling up too soon and are here for much higher prices than today and ultimate take over, which will hopefully be £50 +!!

Looks like £2 could be breached at some point today! not sure if there has been some sort of leak or if it is more just the market catching up to how special yesterdays news was!

£1.75 + finish hopefully on the cards today now, unless news hits then much much higher finish!

When you put it like that, it makes you realise how soon we may be eligible for the FTSE 100! (12-18 months max hopefully!)

£1.60 finish today would be the minimum we should see but obviously the market doesn't always react the way it should, still expect the see £1.75 + finish by close Friday this week irrespective of where the sp finishes today, should get some decent press coverage for the rest of this week with regards to this amazing news today.
