Presumably todays high of 6.50 should be tested before close here, hopefully the sp will push up towards the 8-10p range which would bode very well for a big open tomorrow morning.

Perhaps there has been a little leak somewhere that very special news is to be released very soon?

So short term price should be 20p + todasy or by close tomorrow then what sp do people think is achievable over the next couple of weeks/months?

It genuine seems that today this might finish 10p + at least! would like 20p + but mustn't be greedy. lol

Welcome Sir, I really think you're being too conservative with double or treble in 12-18 months, quite frankly, I'm expecting the sp to treble in possible less than a couple of months presuming news is as special as expected within those couple of months, anyway it's all about opinions, you are most welcome to the Avacta revolution! I'm never one to turn down having a stab at a prediction, I hope we will open around £1.55 and finish tomorrow £1.75 + unless news hits, in that case all bets are off as we could be anywhere from £2-£5 + between tomorrow and close Friday.

"Biotech firm Avacta was boosted after it revealed it has developed a prototype of its new Covid-19 test.

The test, which it is developing with US-based partner Adeptrix, will use samples taken from throat swabs and mass spectrometry to detect the virus rapidly in a lab.
