Mine just came a today from HL.

I just sent a message in app and they sorted my shares that were in my isa.

I got mine from an isa

Just asked them for the certificate and got a prompt reply saying I will get it in 2 to 4 weeks. Done by sending a message in app.

Same, may have to look to change platform in the future

Pretty sure the reason the SP is so volatile, is due to the fact most are holding. only 500 trades to day for such a big swing.

Yeh, but the pound has fallen recently against the dollar and as its paid in dollars it might be slightly more?
