So maybe the liquidators need removing from the deal first.

But in that letter about the meeting of the 16th FRR were asking for the.
"Resubmission to GOGC of assignment from Frontera Resources Georgia to Frontera Resources US LLC."
If the assignment is the asset and GOGC refuse then the liquidators will still own it..won't they?
Please would somebody tell me different.

Zen. Talking about titles and payment, I noticed in the arb that the judge we picked was a plain mr. and was payed €160k by FRR. The judge for GOGC was a professor, and was paid €215k by GOGC. Maybe we should have paid for a better judge. .... lol.
The third judge got paid € 330k by both sides. Seems like a good money earner.

Looed . I think it's important to at least try to corroborate whether any of the docs are real or fake, otherwise we are basing what hope we have left on possible falsehoods.

I wonder how the meeting onthe 16th went.
I hope they accept the resubmission of the asset move to FRUS.

Bugsy. You'd think if it was that strategic to Uncle Sam, that they would have made sure that FRR had the wherewithal to keep the plot by developing it all, and not have to beg for loans from unscrupulous lenders.

Does anyone know which FRR Co. owns the geophysical data?

I wonder if the lack of "the right type" of documentation was down to FRR being incompetent, or just another example of barriers being put in the way by GD?
