spring to mind where insiders and related parties enjoy loans to company for sustained periods...cake and eat it?...not aligning interests to my mind .....often there are fair and reasonable "assessments" or advice..and/or independent NED approval...but all of us have to form a view as to whether these companies are investible ...the capital structure of quoted companies should be simple imv (PE sometimes employs complex structures but that's fine)

to play fair...or perhaps @30p some deep pocket may make hostile t/o and clear you out? ...Here's dreaming (I may buy around there for the fun)
