doubt it...plenty of darkness to come:...AIM has not focused enough imv on minority protection...and while punters are prepared to lose their well earned and punt laughably badly on the secondary market, why shd they? ...I have a simple remedy (and only simple ones are possible): forced sale of companies and return of capital to shareholders where sp falls by 70% from IPO...kosher third party auction (like for an unwanted house) ...that would put the mockers on lifestyle managers and zombie companies...and may better align managers interests with shareholders ...also veto rights on delisting...there is never an excuse for delisting imv...delisting is catastrophic for minority rights (since liquidity is vital)
