biggest risk is a punchy/speculative t/o bid approach @ say 60-70p/US$1 ish...still v cheap on rev and ebitda and ebit multiples (and not awful on fcf) ....eyewateringly unpleasant prospect for them

like mobiliron (unlikely but would be cheap growth option for them or other nasdaq listed players in space...look at gardner report for others??)...but more likely a major software house looking to expand its capabilities

perhaps he is telling his truth...the Truth is unknowable ...like all of us, he has a particular PoV...imv his lacks rigour..but the bond is a major major challenge... ...the bond financed growth strategy does not feel right for gbo...since they don't seem to want to raise more equity (presumably they reckon sp too low), they shd stick to bolt on and / or sell up to a better loved /financed outfit
