complicated capital structures are fine for PE, but make it even more difficult for us outsiders here

the mini biotech boom (caused by the pandemic) is bursting, and plenty with almost no understanding of one of the riskiest/most complex sectors are de-risking

almost no one on LSE recognises/remembers the horror of British Biotech (clue it was last century), so it's hardly surprising that there's no solid foundations to interest in this sector

yep, it wouldn't surprise if a monster RNS landed, and the sp soared well into double figures (aided by the usually p&d merchants)
