My opinion is that the companies attitude to moving over the main market is dictated by P.Ms (No pun intended) shareholding & IHT liability.

Of course he built the company, but maybe for the greater good of the S.Hs he should let go .

That's what the general feeling is amongst staff.

IMHO any PE interest , particularly from the USA would probably be successful.

I would hope that the BoD will decide to RNS at least the first 3 shipments.

That lays down a marker to the market that we have ironed out any issues with transport & gives all concerned increased confidence in our operation.

After the 3rd we could maybe go to quarterly updates unless of course something "Material" arises .
