Heyho folks. Seems I'm only one here at times,but this is good to have a quiet BB. So Liontrust has added another 2m shares taking their position to 20.22%. Keeps me quiet and holding on! GLA. JJ

Just read David Thornton's (www.growthcompany.co.uk) comment in this months What Investment. "Digital marketing software provider dotdigital is a profitable growth company that is also strongly cash generative . This means that it can fund its organic growth internally and broaden its geographical reach. Recent interims showed 17% growth in revenues and earnings per share up 20% The company's marketing automation suite is based around the dotmailer email platform ,which is sold to 4500 small and medium sized clients. Email remains a central part of digital marketing, and the technology has expanded over time to incorporate analytics and to connect with customer's e-commerce engines. The core UK market continues to grow while overseas revenues are up to 22% of the total and will be a key driver of long term growth. On a p/e of 25,the shares remain a long term buy." And that's where I intend to stay. Trust we are enjoying a good Easter and saying no to child obesity by eating their Chocolate Easter Egg,outside the nearest National Trust place. GLA

Sorry folks my post of 5 April re Divi was on the wrong board

Appears to be only sells today. Anyone know why? Don't mind in one way as when my platform broker manages to invest my modest Divi I may get a miserly few more shares. JJ

Bought in a modest near £3k yesterday on the slight SP dip after missing the boat a couple of months back. Intend to plough back the Divi for a few more shares using my platform's £1 cost and hopefully hold for the long term. The company looks solid and the right acquisition could enhance earnings with potential SP rerating. Fingers crossed

Hi SD. Thanks for your interesting post, appreciated. With dotd's overseas markets starting to open up ,the organic growth and cash generation potential, the future economics as you say will only get better. I intend to plough back-in my modest divi (on line the fee is only £1 with my platform broker). I see this as a long term holding. JJ

Encouraging Liontrust bought another 5.5m shares to up their holding to 19.55%. Must make them a major shareholder. What this space me thinks. Don't know which is worse ,OB,the agonising to buy in or when to sell. But am now an AIM share junky trying to be a Warren Buffet, OK I know. however ,adds spice to my core ISA and gives interest in future tech. Think I am ahead,only just.! PS didn't mean OB you were late into Dotd ,just I was slow with a welcome. I was only recently in at 56.5p for a similar sum. Good luck all. JJ

Just got home to a hot drink with the oldbaggage,sorry wife,from a cold private locked wooded Clough checking our trail cameras re our favourite badgers habitat. Yes we Had a laugh OB at your post on another site. A bit late I know,but welcome to the Dotd sett. A bit of a surprise the price dropped on such good results,typical for my holdings,but hope the price stays low long enough to plough back in the divis for more shares,to compound my holding. Agreed what a good pre Christmas RNS, the spread may have been 20% early this am but now it's more normal 0.7%. MMs may well be after more as you say, but I'm keeping mine and add as the divs arrive. JJ

The final Divi of 0.43p plus special Divi of 0.41p per share both with a payment date of 31/01/17. Shall be reinvesting my modest sum in more shares in line with my long term view .

Thanks Seb. Good to see confirmation from Ciy Wire re Liontrust Uk Smaller Cos fund large purchase. A bit odd that today nearly 4 times more buys than sells ,yet share price down. Maybe the Days Italian election factor, but markets seem to have shrugged that off. Anyway patience and long term .

Whoops. Shows where I am on the pay scale, thinking in terms of £k not £m. Should of course have been Liontrust £38.5m to £52m and JOHambro £15m to £14m.

Very quiet board this. Not a bad sign tho. RNS - 22 Nov. Liontrust increase their holdings from £38.5k to £52k (now 17.62% of the voting rights) RNS - 23 Nov. JOHambro reduced their holdings from £15k to £14k (now 4.76% of the voting rights) RNS. Annual report for y/e 30 June 2016 to be presented to the AGM on 20 Dec The annual report well worth a read. To long to summarise here but £17m cash, planned future world growth to be organically driven from revenue. My intention is to remain a long term investor (even if modest ). Should there be a takeover then shall assess at the time Any views ?

Fret ye not. We shall know when the interim results are given on 20 September together with a presentation in London to analysts.

Any idea what's gong on if anything here ? There have been several days of of sells only, even if related to the market set back I would have expected a few buys to be scattered about.

Good to see Questor today tipped Tracsis following the splendid results. Highlighted software contracts that are long term cash generative.an expectation that pre-tax profits will increase20% .A share worth buying they say,and I have to agree. The new acquisition of SEB and part investment in Citi Logik yet to feed into the bottom line. And the Divi is up by 25% to an eye watering 0.22% ! Yippee ! JJ

This looks another good solid addition. Adding a profitable niche business with synergy,debt free and £1/2m in their bank. Paid £1.62m in cash,further £600k within 2 years and the issue of about 0.21% of TRCS shares which won't dilute our holdings. And I wondered why they were keeping their powder dry! And they still have more powder left. I would still like a pinch of it added to the div,greedy as I am. GLA. jj
