I agree Tony, the value will out. Reality of it as we all know is that mostly the sp falls to the placing price, part and parcel of the market mechanics. The sp will rise, as the cashflow generation of the bolt on starts to be realised and the market is updated on how the bolt has been 'bedded in' (i.e. I3E have demonstrated their ability to manage and integrate the addition and the BoD and management have proven their skills and acumen and hence enhanced trust). In the meantime there be will some churn of the placing shares (Quite normal). Hence this is a patient but very comfortable hold (all things being equal) until further news. GLA.

Splatted, makes sense. Facilities in Texas and Nasdaq listing will be a green light for big US investments as ARB will deemed as a home company.. you cannot under estimate how shrewd this move by PW is. All the big hitters will pile in. Especially pension funds managers whi have major investment clout in the US. This will be life changing imo. Holding and adding before the Nasdaq list.

Says spacex holds bitcoin and tesla to restart accepting bitcoin. Lol u turn after u turn, however very positive for BTC.

Just filled a gap in the chart too. Looking positive. Oversold, gap filled, shorts closing..maybe some big news on the way...

Thanks for that Tony, makes perfect sense especially on the finance timing and efficiency as I3E grows. Interesting note 500k shares sell hit today. As news flows, any II's selling will do so at each sp incremental stage. I dont believe they will destroy sp rises(not in their interest for higher sp batch target returns) but it will be managed tightly. Real rewards will come to those PI's who are patient imo. In the meantime enjoy the divis :)

Tony spot on x100. Being a low cost operator is critical, especially one that has only just become a producer with a debt that is building and interest being rolled into it. Taking on debt would mean a drain on fcf to both repay capital + interest and you need to clear old debt/liability and pay dividends too. Imo best option was taken at this juncture. Going forward cashflow + debt combo would be more appropriate imo. Some are only pointing to sp fall and their personal profits. The BoD is looking at longterm company growth and sustainability and the value for those that dont want a fast buck is enormous imo. Placings for value and growth are better than 'good debt' which could become 'bad debt' = distressed sale in a changing global environment..

Quite normal for the sp to hit the placing price, pending newsflow.. and yes it can overshoot it too (something no one denied would happen) However only briefly. The value, will eventually out though. Like mentioned, last time value did unlock from 5.5p to basically 16p over time. It will again. However it will be faster this time imo as the news flow should be strong, with stronger metrics. As many have said, patience..

Interesting RNS from SQZ, columbus- 7,000 boepd, 75% gas. Was a difficult drilling campaign but they done it and good on them...more impetus for us and incentive for potential FO partners on serenity.

Clearwater - well drilling to complete mid-july and production late July. Unless we get the FO news.
