The operating profit for the year was £2.681 million (2023: loss of £2.349 million). The net profit after tax was £2.689 million (2023: loss of £2.349 million). Total assets including cash at 31 December 2024 amounted to £5.930 million (2023: £5.341 million).

The cash balance was £42,000 as at 31 December 2024 (2023: £775,000).

Says it all. A bit of a financial crisis. Short of money, needed PR1 sale to keep afloat?

Peronally couldn'r give a monkeys about prim. Just won't trust them. I dont like to put my money where the Bod displays such open disregard reflects on them as whole.

Listing will be around 7 August 2025. I'm just wondering what the target list price might, seems to me the SP's being worked down to make the listing attractive to US investors. Once it lists expecting fireworks here.

PR1 need to make an example of Prim, otherwise whole host of similarly structured agreements maybe impacted as a free for all.

The legal challenge is the right approach.

Keep buying back their on shares. Personally would never but their shares given what has been done. It was an agreement which they broke. So how would I trust them with my investment? No thanks, I just would not go near them.

It is not unreasonable to suggest we are trying to be all things to all people - catering to those who just want drilling and news flow, those who want nearer term cash flow and those who like to fund mining developments. We are. But we are because we can and because that is what the rocks are telling us we can do.

The proof of the pudding for a junior miner is the probability of an economic deposit being discovered and developed. Sadly for most juniors, that probability is essentially zero. We think now we have a deposit, the next step being to define its size and nature and its path to development. All while still exploring and drilling everywhere else.

Running parallel streams will present a few little challenges, but nothing we feel we cant deal with.

NORMAL people invest in companies as they are positive about their investment and see the case for capital appreciation.

The Company is confident that both exploration and resource definition streams can be run in parallel within the limits of the Company's financial, human and technical resources. The primary impact is that the single drill rig currently employed on the Project has been diverted toward infill drilling within the current boundary of known high grade gold mineralisation at Pepas. During this time, geological studies and additional surface field work will be undertaken at Pepas and other prospects so that targets are ready for the rig to move back to regional exploration once the resource infill is completed.

Geological studies at Pepas/APTA going exceptionally well. One of the risks of any exploration project is that of confirmation bias - whereby a geological model is postulated early on and becomes set in stone despite evidence suggestive of alternatives. Bringing in a fresh pair of eyes, going back to first principles and questioning everything is a necessary part of the process. Lots of new targets being thrown up now that we are tossing out much of the geological thinking we inherited.

A nice exchange of shares, buys and sells flowing at a steady pace. I'm sure block buys are being worked in.

Prim have already lost credibility. Going forwards other companies may not facilitate them, unless they buy in the open market. In addition, they may have to dilute to buy pr1 shares. Possible double whammy for them.

Agree Lee, sometimes the clever thing is to sit on your hands and imo this could be one of those times. My only thing would be to add on dips.

Punter, the big block buys are no coincidence. There's huge value here. Inaddition, existing cash generation is strong and reduces the likelihood of placing, albeit you can never say never.
