Shows that the powers that be at UKOG agree with the general consensus of this board that the planning meeting was a bit of a sham, with preconceived decisions and very little objective evidence to support the council's end decision.

Can understand the day traders selling their shares as the expected good news didn't materialise and thus meant the SP wouldn't rise in the short term off the back of it but today's decision only delays the inevitable SP increase once the appeal successfully materialises.

In the meantime, where's the much needed news on flow rates at HH?

I've never felt the need to post on here but UKOG are going to have a field day in the inevitable appeal.

For instance, they claim traffic issues, when the highway agency (forgot the correct name), have no grievances and have no legal agreement for denial apart from the fact they presumably personally don't want.

How are these people actually running the planning permissions of Surrey!?

Going to be very expensive for the council!
