When you arrive, make sure they show you the right building. I was told a story in 1981 about a cattle farmer that needed to extend his overdraft. He took his bank manager out for a long liquid lunch then they drove north towards Grand Prairee. After driving for many miles and pointing out the thousands of head of cattle grazing on his neighbours many sections of land, the bank manager happily obliged and happily extended his loan !

No surprises. All seems to be slowly heading in right direction. These complex things always take a lot longer than ideal. What's the hurry? Just hang in there and don't buy with money you may need for at least a couple of years!

Decided to cut my losses on this one a while ago. Listening to CG interview (Investors Chronicle I think) with his repetitive quote - 'As a consequence of' - reminded me of one of those long jokes I used to think was funny when I was about 10. You know the ones that went on and on and never got anywhere and left you feeling deflated and stupid at the end - or when the PUNCH line came along. Sorry folks, but I couldn't resist that one. If you are still watching in Carnegie, hope you appreciate.

Factory STILL nearly complete. Polishing and Resin lines STILL en-route. I think they are carrying these over the mountains to save on transportation costs. The same 'one liners' being re-cycled over & over!!

Exactly. The share price ticked up a touch the other day -- no doubt when this news was first known but 5 penthouses and a few apartments is not exactly 7500 apartments - most of which are probably still on the drawing board. So share price remains stagnant. CG needs to find someone dynamic to get out in the field and start selling their product before they have to come back for more money.

It is something positive to brag about when presenting to future customers. I have just felt for too long that they don't seem to have a dynamic sales force. They should get some high flyers in with proven track records and offer them some free shares in return for getting the order book on the move. This share should have taken off months ago!

OK. Well I guess they can use this during presentations to prospective customers. Perhaps I am being harsh. I don't think the share price will be any further forward this time next week but here's hoping!
