Tw will have quite a few years of land bank. Persimmon has enough land to build house for 5 years at current building levels.

I don't think Corbyns Goverment would want to pay a price to builders that allows a profit. He is not on the side of Business.

I also heard Labour say they want to many council houses. How will this help Taylor Wimpey ? because I also heard that £1 billion will provide 14,000 houses, A quick calculation tells me that is £71,428 per house. Is that what the Goverment want to pay the builders for houses ? Is that good for builders ? is there any profit in that ?

Obviously not share prices and not P/E ( price to earnings ratio )
