How much corperation tax would HMRC lose from all the broadband providers inlcuding BT open reach as this is going to be free in Corbin Monoxides fantasy world ? how many job losses at other broadband providers ? How much lost income tax and national insurance from employees at other broadband providers. The list goes on and on. The guy needs locking up.

As an holder of BP shares I am starting to get worried about what John McDonnells next announcement will be. Nationalisation of BP and free petrol for every car owner.

How do Persimmon manage to get a profit margin of 31% when Barratt gets 18.9% and TW gets 18% ?
That is a bit of a mystery to me, it is a massive difference.

Do you think Taylor Wimpey will also fly ? TW has a slightly lower P/E at the moment and a better reputation.
To me at todays prices PSN £24.67 P/E 8.89 and TW £1.66 P/E 8.36 I think TW looks a better buy.

Todays TW trading update reiterated a £610 million dividend for 2020 = 18.6p, subject to shareholder approval of course.

WOW. why the big swing in SP this morning ? staright upto 172.7p then back down to 167.5p

I see even on their website they have wrote ex-dividend date 21st (friday) Feb 2020, they must mean Record date.

Like I said though all Ftse ex-dividend dates are on a Thursday and the 21st Feb 2020 is a Friday

It is just a date mistake on that website. All FTSE100 ex-dividend dates are a Thursday, and 21st isn't
