Johns, I am not sure that the No votes would get the requisite 25% to block this deal.
Yes I agree Sefton it's a tough one and the NOs probs probs won't come out glorious. We will still try tho...
Sorry for my ignorance but are you sayin that there may be a floor to the said legality of the two biggest shareholders being bound in this way or did I read wrong ?? Thanks
I am still voting no tho even tho we need probably 20% to stop the deal which I think sensman quoted which we probably won't manage. But us NOs still have to vote as stranger things have happened and we might clinch it.
The way crystal and kerogen have been bound up on how they vote even on a new bid for hur seems v.unfair to the point even monopolising and going totally against fair trade. But sure it's legal or would not of been used to limit their voting rights.
Thanks Sefton, apologise for the grammar tho not my strong point either but you got the drift.
Still no one has answered my question, is that because the only reason for taking Hur private is to gain the control !?
Does Hur have a complaints department if not should it have one from legal stance ?? As that could be another route to getting answers before the vote on deal, would complaints be policed by FCA or ombudsman ?
Read this very carefully. I'm not as knowledgeable as most on this forum and certainly not the most intelligent which enables me to think simply...
So I ask this, why is prax wanting to take this company private and then create a deferred payment agenda that is in my eyes very complicated instead of keeping us on LSE and us keeping our shares and if they do well we do well.
They can decide what dividends are given if at all any if they are wanting to invest to improve future profits.
So can anyone give me a bloody good answer to this without being condescending please ????
I will put my simple possibility forward if they take Hur private they take full control of everything and leave us with very little if any influence ( not sure how much or how little just a guessing this bit) they can skew the books over the next 3 years ( don't anybody tell me this doesn't happen ) so we get a minimum back if they choose too ! I think the deal is made alot more complicated than needed to be to get us thinking about it in a complicated manor and even alot of arguing about it opening the possibility of if I'm right that our attention is miss-directed and us not seeing their real agenda for this could be smoke and mirrors. Does this remind you of an establishment we deal with daily ??? The government does it to us all the time. For a min stop and simplify your brilliant minds !!!??? Why the hell take us off LSE for a complicated deal ????? Please if you don't agree with any thing I've said just answer that question if one is know if not known then that is the question we all should be asking. Thanks
So has anyone changed their mind who were stating to vote no on here with the backing of their shares after reading CRS RNs ?? Just seeing if the dynamics have changed !? Thanks
Done, tweeted this morn
Valid point to bring up with admin tiger, thanks for explaining.
My initial post at 09.31 asked if you had removed the posts from yesterday which only needed a yes/no or not answer, thank you for eventually answering the question !
And now Tiger stepped up an says he did, thanks Tiger... Can I ask why apart from the obvious that it had little to do with Hur ?
A yes or no to whether you had posts removed yesterday would of been dandy...
It appears so is not really answering the question, I didnt ****/belittle or abuse you which seems to be the order of today and yesterday I just asked an adult question and if you feel like answering an adult answer please !?
Simples did you have posts removed from yesterday???
900k count me in
Do we get a vote on whether return of capital to shareholders is a dividend or share buyback/combination of both or does the board decide ??
Done, voted for...
Fair point Dyor, thanks
What do posters think of the chance of Marris stepping down as surely looks better on his CV of a resignation rather than ousted out of his job ?? Or is he too stubborn and will risk it that he won't get voted out or is this just not really a consideration for a CEO reputation as I'm not knowledgeable in these matter but curious ??

Simples the Piper is so bloody patronising they got shot. And you missed the fact that the RNS had said BY and not on the 24th as you are too full of your own importance ! I'm going back to ignoring you now as not worth the energy.
