The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
DL tweeting about Afriag, he needs to hurry up and make things happen
Interesting language used in this Tweet ("sworn to secrecy on any negotiations"):
https://twitter.com/jamesma40672452/status/1029037687221702656
the person asking the question asked about "deals"
The things said at the AGM seem to have been a distraction for the fund raising it seems, should have been something by now..... the UK cannabis excitement will wear of pretty quickly and we need to strike while the iron is hot
Whats annoying is the fact that we barely know whats going on in Afriag year after year yet LGC has a detailed visual storyboard online of whats going on. No wonder we have people bashing DL accusing him of conning us with fake companies that don't exist
Wheres this news we were promised? We don't ask for much but being kept in the loop would be nice
So they are reminding us the number of shares in circulation?
Good :D thanks for clarifying
Its definitely Afriag Global that is doing this right? I would be steaming if he passed that recent fundraising to SA and tried doing all this under that
Yeah getting 0.12 for 30m is inane right now, I got a quote of 0.04 for 7m only a month ago
There have been plenty of times that I would have taken break even and been happy with it..... but if DL can launch the SP based on this cannabis news like what happened with LGC id be happy to stick around and watch it pan out in the hopes for a multi-bagger
On a brand new company as well!
My guess is we are being held back by DL's reputation, unless we have solid figures people aren't willing to invest here on the hopes of "jam tomorrow"
Im hoping so
What would be awesome is a massive rise like LGC saw after it went in a similar direction..... I dont care if its just a spike as I will be sold up and some gullible Canadians can take the shares off my hands
"SHOULD shareholders approve" - so if we don't approve then we get the money back
was obvious a placing was due soon from the way he was bigging the company up again :-\
I now half expect 12 months silence before next placement but im hoping im wrong
With LGC the move to cannabis shot the share price up amazingly, if we were on a decent exchange (any with live trading) then we could see the same kind of movement with any luck
I just wanna say thanks too, if I hadn't moved so far up North and have so much going on right now I would have went too. Sounds like you guys asked all the right questions and I think further fundraising is something on a lot of peoples minds right now
Im thinking the move into cannabis for Afriag is either an exciting direction or an excuse for further fundraising :-\
Well if the company is imaginary like a load of people on Twitter claim then why would they bother updating the website :-\ would be nice for Afriag to at least try to fight the claims that these people make..... as tie progresses they seem more and more credible
It seems so simple.... to fix the share price...... just a few transparent RNS's explaining whats going on and that could catapult the share price Moving exchange would be amazing too..... or even an explanation why he hasn't done it yet if he has a solid reason
mxr808 iv learnt a lot too over the last few years, I dont invest into anything I dont have control over now. No more shares. Their is just too many hidden agendas and ways to get conned I would like to get 50% back too and would see that as a win right now
Well I attempted to sell my 7.2m holding this morning to raise cash for an amazing real life investment...... after holding on the phone I got offered 0.06 per share... so AAAP could grab themselves a bargain! I only sold 1m at 0.09 but am not gonna sell the rest for any less than that...... especially when I bought them at an average of 0.33! Unfortunately I dont share the sentiment of DL when he says "Very pleased with the way this global agricultural-logistics company & its investments are growing." but im kinda stuck now
I see other public companies ask shareholders to submit the questions to them and they release the answers as an RNS, this is massively needed for Afriag with honest answers
How can he call it low overhead when it made hardly anything at all
