Hopefully these will be exciting times but I for one will not increase the percentage that Falcon makes up of my portfolio. Yep exciting but if it goes South its really not exciting if the share in question is say 50% of your portfolio. Of course if it goes to the moon I wish I'd have bought more!

A number of even my good quality shares have been flat or have losses. I think the markets are down in general in the last week or so

absolutely fair point Longknife. I have plenty of safe well recommended good quality Companies but then have Falcon with the hope of one day striking it rich! GLA

I am.sure everyone feels some pain about how long this development is taking. I am staying in as I am optimistic. If you aren't optimistic can I respectfully ask why you dont seek shares where you would feel optimistic as there are so many shares out there that offer optimism. Warren Buffet has stated that there are many different opportunities out there and he passes on almost all of them as they dont fit his criteria so why not close your position Nd move to somewhere optimistic which I am sure there are plenty of opportunities

wasnt a low blow, its a bit like that other expression "a tidy workplace is a safe workplace" which in reality means fcuk all is being done!

I hate that expression!!!! its a management term like "right first time" (why is typically preached from the lips of those who have never actually done it!!!)

Thanks for this but as a non millennial I for one am able to click on the links but they dont open to the exact images you refer to. Is there any chance you can do what you did earlier via a screenshot or similar???? Thank you so much

As someone who isnt an expert can I say JF that I think perhaps that the images may try to calm down fears and anxieties have of a lack of progress on site. Getting ahead of the newsflow from such images - no IMHO but perhaps reassurance that something is being done

I have seen losses across my entire portfolio over the last few days so may not be RCH specific

Personally I dont take the chat on here or other BB too seriously. I do tke seriously the reviews in magazines like SCSW and ratings on sites like Stockopedia who utilise people who are far more cleverer than me and most of the people on here. Theres always ups and downs in any share price I think alot of the trick is to remove human emotion and act on it too quickly. Sure monitor your bodyweight on the scales everyday but maybe consider whether you are adding or loosing weight on a 20 day basis

Good free advice is always welcomed. I have been chatting lately with friends about investing in shares and I think some of the advice offered out there is so obvious but sensible such as not putting all your eggs in once basket and spreading the risk. Yep they may sound boring and they may never make you a gazillionaire but I'm sure everyone has been caught in a con in some way and from the inside you cannot always see it happening but as an observer you cannot do anything except cringe. We had a guy in our office that put in pretty much all his life savings in one share. About 300K and whenever they went down he said "good time to buy" but I didnt like the downward slope. Sirius Minerals and obviously a load of people did in Yorkshire, the local town canvassed etc and then it went wrong. What a sad situation to witness and the loss of a dream must have been devestating but had they applied some basic rules perhaps they would have lost only 10% of their money except %100.

BC thanks for this. Does what you have stated mean that if FOG had identified bad news (in whatever form) then they would have to declare it immediately?

Would FOG have to declare the flare as it happened or could they later say "recently a flare was observed / not observed" ??? I thought that FOG are likely to follow what Origin say and is it so such a small item in Origins portfolio of work that it wouldnt qualify for an RNS???

who knows really to be honest but I think we need to be patient. Of course this is never easy!
